- If buyer feels uncomfortable about possible colour differences of the product(s) due to lighting and other restrictions, please do not place an order .

2. Purchase
- To make purchase, you can either order through the order form on the right panel or send us an email .
- Please include the following details in the email :
- Your Name
- Item No./Name
- Active Email Address
- Mobile No. (Opt.)
- Postage Methods (Normal or Registered)
- Exact total amount will be advised through email replies .
- Upon confirmation of orders, payment has to be made within the next 24 hours .
- By making payment, it would imply that you have agreed to wait for the arrivals of the items that you have ordered . Thus, there will strictly be no refund for back out during the process, unless the item is out of stock . [Please obey the T&C if you want to purchase items :) ]
3. Postage
- Prices of normal postage per item are as follows :
- Clothes : Sgd$1.50/item
- Bags : Sgd$2.50/item
- For registered mail, please add an additional $2.24 on top of the postage prices .
- Total postage amount will be advised through email replies (for more than one item) .
- Registered mail is advised as items are bulky and might get lost . MyRedRouge will not be responsible for any loss of items during the mailing process .
- Meet up : Only available for instock items, and is restricted to either Ang Mo Kio area or NgeeAnn Polytechnic .
4. First Come First Serve Policy
- Items with limited stocks will be given priority to customers who has made payment first .
- Buyers will be placed on waiting list if the item has been taken up . Please leave your email so that we can inform you if there is a backorder or the deal has fall through .
5. Payment through Bank Transfer
- Bank transfer is only available through POSB/DBS Bank at the moment . [OCBC/UOB transfer will be valid only in 2 weeks time when the bank send me my card :) ]
- Take note and double check the bank account number before and during transfer, as MyRedRouge will not be responsible for inaccurate transfer .
- Trasfer the amount to :
- POSB Savings Account .
- Bank Account No. : 209-21922-0
- Reply the email after payment is made with the following details (all stated on the receipt) :
- Transaction ref no.
- Amt transferred
- Date, Time and Location of transfer
- Your account number
- Mailing Address
- Recipient
**Please keep the receipt of bank transfer for future references .
- Upon making payment, it implies that you, the customer of MyRedRouge, has read, accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions applied.
6. Others :
- MyRedRouge will not be liable for damages of the item(s) during the mailing process as we would check for flaws before sending the items for mailing .
- Prices (in SG Dollars) are fixed and non-negotiable unless given discounts during promotion periods . Please do not ask for more reductions as all the prices have been fixed much lower than the market prices :)
